Razgulay Group is an agro-industrial holding incorporating a managing company OAo OAO Gazguliay Group and two sectorial holdings - Razguliay-Grain and Razguliay-Sugar. The companies and plants of the Group are actively working in Northern-Western and Central-Chernozemniy areas of Russia, in the Northern and Middle Povoljye, in Northern Caucasus, Southern Ural and in the Western Siberia.
The Grain holding controls about 9,3% of grain market, 9,1% of groats market and 2,0% of flour market. The industrial capacities include 24 plants (13 line elevators, 1 port elevator, 6 flour-milling plants and 4 groats plants.)
The Sugar holding controls about 11,7% of sugar market. The industrial capacities include 13 sugar plants and 1 milk and canning plant.
