Overview
ALTHAUS Group is an independent investment and advisory firm, which offers a full range of financial, tax and legal advisory services for the companies and private equity funds. The structure of Group includes such companies as ALTHAUS Consulting, ALTHAUS Capital, ALTHAUS Audit and ALTHAUS Business Processes.
ALTHAUS Consulting, a consulting division of the Group, provides M&A transaction support, express and full scope due diligence (financial, tax and legal), corporate intelligence and investigation, business and assets valuation, IFRS accounting, tax and legal advisory services.
ALTHAUS Capital, an investment banking division of ALTHAUS Group, is specialized in M&A deals execution, asset and business sale advisory and assists Russian companies in fund raising via debt or equity financing (including private placement).

In 2006-2008 Rostislav worked for one of the largest Russian oil and gas companies in the Corporate structuring and international tax planning department
Rostislav has an extensive experience in tax consulting including aspects of Russian and international taxation, obtained while working for KPMG
Rostislav is a Master of Science graduated from the State University – Higher School of Economics
