The history of PJSC "Rosinter Restaurants Holding" began in 1991 with the registration of the company "Rosinter" and the opening of the restaurant "Le Chalet". In 1993, the first fast food company Rostiks and the first family restaurant Patio Pizza were opened. Then the company opens its restaurants in various regions of Russia. In 2004, the "Pizza Patio" was rebranded to "IL Patio". In 2005, Rostiks and KFC merged. Next, the company develops existing brands and opens restaurants and cafes at major transport hubs: airports, train stations.
At the moment, the company's portfolio includes such brands as IL Patio, Planet Sushi, Shikari, TGI Fridays, Lalibela coffee, Delicious, and Mom Rush.
