Eduard joined BDO in 2010, since April 2014 he plays the leading role in financial advisory services.

Eduard specializes in the area of M&A transaction consulting, as well as valuation services and has 10 years of experience in this field. Edward has extensive experience in vendor and acquisition due diligence; as well as transaction structuring and compliance control, participation in preparation of SPAs and etc.

Before joining BDO Eduard worked for 5 years in Big4 consulting and corporate finance departments. He has extensive experience of working with leading Russian and international companies, as well as investment funds and private investors. Over the last year he managed more than 30 Due Diligence of the Targets from various sectors of Russian economy.

Education and professional qualification

Eduard graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master degree in Financial Management.
Currently Eduard is CFA candidate (Chartered Financial Analyst)
